Terms
Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By using gamingons.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Gamingons. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Social gaming only
Gamingons is a free social casino provided for entertainment purposes only. It offers no real-money wagering. You cannot deposit money, purchase virtual coins, withdraw coins or exchange them for cash, goods, services or any other thing of value. Virtual coins have no monetary value, are not your property, and are reset when the page is reloaded.
Success in The Petal Folio does not imply future success at any real-money game.
4. Game operation
Outcomes are generated at random in your browser. We aim to keep the game accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. If a display fault occurs, the result shown by the game's internal record prevails; since coins have no value, no compensation of any kind applies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, use it for any unlawful purpose, or copy its design, artwork or text for commercial use without permission.
6. Intellectual property
The Gamingons name, The Petal Folio, the symbol artwork, text and design of the website belong to Gamingons and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gamingons is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Responsible play
Please play in moderation. Guidance is available on our Responsible Play page.
9. Changes
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Contact
